I. Product and payment related issues
1. Is the product material environmentally friendly?
Made of food-grade PP plastic + silicone edge, 100% recyclable
Passed EU REACH certification, does not contain harmful substances such as BPA
2. What is the load-bearing capacity?
It is recommended not to load liquid garbage that exceeds 80% of the volume
3. Ordering and payment
What payment methods are supported?
Belgium local: Bancontact/Mr Cash
International credit card: Visa/Mastercard
E-wallet: PayPal/Apple Pay
4. When will the order be shipped?
Orders paid before 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
Orders on weekends/holidays will be postponed to the next working day
5. How to modify/cancel an order?
When the order status is “pending”, you can contact customer service to modify it
Orders that have entered the delivery process cannot be canceled
II. Product browsing and purchasing
How to search for products?
Enter the product name or keyword in the search box on the homepage of the website, and click the search button to view related products.
How to add products to the shopping cart?
When browsing products, click the “Add to Cart” button and the products will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
How to view the products in the shopping cart?
Click the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top of the page to view the products and quantities in the shopping cart.
How to place an order?
After confirming that the products and quantities are correct on the shopping cart page, click the “Checkout” button, follow the prompts to fill in the delivery address, payment method and other information, and complete the order payment.

Recommended method: warm water + neutral detergent wiping
Prohibited: boiling water immersion / strong acid and alkali detergents
